Richard T. (Rick) Jorgensen
President
Rick joined Excell in November 1995. Before assuming his current position, he served as the Director of Service Business Operations, Director of Technical Support Services and Corporate Vice President. Rick has 35 years of experience in the information technology field in a variety of sales, services, management, and executive positions with IBM and Excell Data. He has served as IBM campaign chair for United Way of both the Bay Area and King County and as President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Snohomish County. Rick is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the WSA and serves on the WSA government affairs committee.

Greg Welch
Vice President, Sales
Greg is responsible for the sales, recruiting, resource management and field resources across the western region. Greg joined Excell in February of 1994 following ten years in various executive sales and management positions in the information technology service industry. He has successfully built sales and recruiting organizations and managed delivery across multiple geographies. Greg majored in Finance and Marketing while at San Jose State University and supports several charity organizations including Compassion International, The Street Team Organization in Portland and the Market Foundation of Seattle. He is also an active member of the MIT Enterprise Forum.

Jill Welch
Vice President, Enterprise Accounts
Jill is responsible for managing the recruiting, sales, employee relations, and management functions that support Excell's enterprise account relationships. Jill has managed Excell’s Microsoft account relationship for the past 10 years and has held several management positions supporting Excell’s Enterprise account growth since joining Excell in April of 1996. Prior to Excell, Jill spent eight years with Microsoft where she held positions in human resources, recruiting, and contract staffing. In her last position at Microsoft, she was responsible for establishing and managing strategic vendor relationships. Jill supports several charity organizations such as The Viva Network, Operation Smile, and The Humane Society. Jill majored in Business Administration at the University of Washington.

Maurice Fuller
Executive Director of Operations
Maurice Fuller is responsible for leading IT systems and applications, marketing, continuous improvement initiatives, service delivery methodologies, and training programs. Maurice joined Excell in March 1998 as an Account Manager, and brings more than fifteen years of management experience to his position. Before Excell, Maurice co-founded a boutique IT consulting firm which grew into a recognized national leader in advanced software developer training. Maurice also held marketing and design engineering positions over a seven year period at Fluke Corporation. Mr. Fuller received his Master's in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington and his MBA from NYIT.

David Lawrence
Vice President, Project-Based Application Services
David is responsible for leading the growth and delivery of Excell’s project-based service offerings. Over the past 25 years, David has developed management experience that spans a range of company sizes and business environments - from Fortune 500 to middle-tier consulting and start-ups. In his most recent roles, David served as a Vice President for Cambridge Technology Partners, and later a Vice President with Novell Inc. An early member of the management team of Excell Data (1994-1999), David rejoined Excell in 2005 and has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Excell's project-based business. David is on the Board of Trustees for Childhaven in Seattle and is an alumnus of the University of Oregon and Portland State University Business School.

Ken Shefveland
General Manager, Technology Support Group
Ken is the General Manager of the Technical Support Group (TSG), the division responsible for providing technical support for all of Microsoft's events, worldwide. Ken joined Excell in 1998 after ten years as Chief Operating Officer of InfoTech Corporation, a Seattle-based mainframe outsourcing company. Ken received BA and MBA degrees from the University of Washington.
