Bellevue, WA 98004
South on I-405:
- Take the SE 8th Ave. / Bellevue Exit (Exit #12).
- Turn RIGHT onto SE 8th Ave. at the exit light.
- Go straight through the next light (says 118th Ave SE/114th Ave, SE.)
- Turn LEFT at the next light into the Bellefield Office Park says (114th Ave, SE).
- Once in the Park, follow the signs for 1756/Magnolia Bldg. and the road to the 3-way stop (arrow for 1756 points left).
- Turn LEFT at the 3-way stop.
- Follow the road to next stop sign (at the end!!). The Koll Center Bellefield sign has Excell on its bottom left and AAA on its bottom right. The sign to the left of Koll Center says Magnolia Bldg, which is Excell's building.
- Turn LEFT towards the Excell/Magnolia Building.
- Visitor parking is in the front, and you are welcome to park in any of the spaces out front. Handicap parking is in the parking garage.
- The front entrance has stairs to our Suite 220 on the 2nd floor. If you prefer to take the elevator, go to the left of the front entrance into the parking garage. You will see the elevator doors in the proximity of the handicap parking.
North on I-405:
- Take the SE 8th Ave. / Bellevue Exit (Exit #12).
- Turn LEFT onto SE 8th Ave. at the exit light and go under the I-405 overpass.
- See Instruction Nos. 3-10 above.
From I-90 East or West:
- Take the Bellevue Way Exit.
- Go past the Park & Ride (1st light you come to on I-90).
- Near the 2nd traffic light, veer to the RIGHT onto 112th Avenue, SE.
- About 1/3rd of a mile (.3 on your speedometer) down 112th Ave., you will see the Bellefield Office Park sign on your right at SE 15th St.
- Turn RIGHT on SE 15th St. to enter the Park.
- Go over the bridge to the 3-way stop (arrow for 1756 points to the right).
- Turn RIGHT at the 3-way stop.
- See Instruction Nos. 7-10 above.
