Below you will find information to assist you in your transition from employment as a former eXcell contract associate.

Please keep in mind that the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement that was part of your employment with eXcell, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc. is still in force and effect.

Benefits Information

As a terminated associate, you may be eligible for the following:

 

Health Benefits

  • Please note that your benefits (health, life, disability) end at midnight on your last day worked.
  • Federal COBRA law allows you to continue medical, dental and vision plans you are enrolled in at the time of your employment end date.
  • Please see this important information about COBRA.
  • There may be other coverage options for you and your family. You may be able to buy coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Additionally, you may qualify for a special enrollment opportunity for another group health plan for which you are eligible (such as a spouse’s plan), even if the plan generally does not accept late enrollees, if you request enrollment within 30 days of your CompuCom benefit termination date.
  • You will receive a COBRA enrollment packet in the mail at your home address from Fidelity (CompuCom’s COBRA administrator). Contact Fidelity at 888.954.4636 with any COBRA questions.

  • Please visit https://netbenefits.com to download your COBRA digital letter under the Customer Service menu. Your letter will be available 5 to 6 days prior to receiving your COBRA notice in the mail.

Life Insurance

  • You may be eligible to continue your life insurance by converting/porting to an individual policy. Contact Securian within 60 days of your benefit end date at 866.293.6047 for additional information about your options, including rates.

401(k)

  • To request a distribution or rollover of your 401(k) account, access your account online at https://netbenefits.com/officedepot or call Fidelity at 888.954.4636.
  • If the vested account balance (not including any rollovers into your CompuCom 401(k) account) is under $1,000, your account is subject to being automatically cashed out. Please contact Fidelity for information about options available to you.

Expense Reporting

  • As a terminated associate, you will no longer have access to iExpense to submit online expense reports. Therefore, you must submit an expense report manually to your former eXcell manager for approval. Please contact your former eXcell Resource Manager to request a manual expense form. Receipts and management approval are required for final expense report submission.

Time Reporting

  • As a terminated associate, you will no longer have access to the eXcell time keeping system(s). Please contact your former eXcell Resource Manager if you feel that any adjustments are required to your hours worked. TM-012-ResourceManager@excell.com

Payroll and Personal Information

  • Should you need to update your personal information including address changes, banking information or choose to view prior pay slips, you can still access your Workday account through March 31 of the year following your termination date.
  • If you are unable to log into the Workday external site: https://wd5.myworkday.com/compucom/login.flex?redirect=n; send an email to HRISRequests@compucom.com and provide them with your former employee ID # and request they reset your external password.
  • W-2 Forms are usually sent out the last week of January. Re-prints of duplicate W-2 forms will be available after February 15.  There is a $10 administrative fee for duplicate requests.
  • To update your address or request assistance with eXcell send an email to TM-012-ResourceManager@excell.com

Workday Access

  • You must have a non-network password to access the Workday external site after you have terminated from CompuCom. https://wd5.myworkday.com/compucom/login.flex?redirect=n
  • Step 1: To request an external password reset to the external Workday site, send an E-mail to CompuCom’s HRIS team at HRIS Requests hrisrequests@compucom.com. Make sure to include your full name and former CompuCom Workday ID number in the subject line

  • Within the email list that you need temporary external access to Workday as a former associate
